Anna Nordqvist and Maria Hjorth, Europe, vs. Cristie Kerr and Michelle Wie, United States.
If you are not aware the Solheim Cup is a tournament for female golfers which happens twice a year.
The teams represent Europe and USA similar to the Ryder Cup and it was named after Karsten Solheim, the Norwegian-American golf club manufacturer who was instrumental in the creation of the tournament.
If you are looking to improve your golf swing and general golfing ability I highly recommend you take a look here: http://tinyurl.com/mul8t5
Michelle Wie is being tipped as one of the top prospects and looking to take her first win in professional golf. At just 19 she is the youngest member of either side and is a strong competitor.
She has a smooth and relaxed swing style and should be one to watch ut for. She has suffered with injury but is looking on the up. Keep an eye out for her.
